- How far in advance should I book a table rental?
- Two weeks ahead for large events like weddings and corporate gatherings. Smaller orders for birthdays, showers, or garage sales can often be filled on shorter notice — submit a quote and we will confirm availability.
- Is delivery included in the table rental price?
- Delivery and pickup are available for a flat fee anywhere across Utah's Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, and surrounding areas. You can also choose free warehouse pickup. Your quote will show the exact delivery cost based on your location.
- Can I change or cancel my table rental order?
- Yes. Reply to your booking agent to adjust quantities or change dates. Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event are fully refundable. Cancellations inside the 2-week window may be subject to a restocking or scheduling fee.
- How many tables do I need for my event?
- Each 6-foot table seats 6 to 8 for dining. A 100-guest wedding reception needs roughly 14 to 17, plus head, cake, and gift tables; a 20-guest shower needs 3 to 4, plus gift and food tables. Your booking agent will help finalize the count.
- What size tables are available for rent?
- One product: the industry-standard 6-foot folding table, 72 inches long by 30 inches wide by 29 inches tall. It takes standard rectangular linens, fits through residential doorways, and works for everything from small showers to large receptions.
- Do you deliver tables for bridal showers and baby showers?
- Absolutely — showers are among our most popular occasions. We deliver to homes, venues, church halls, and community centers throughout the Wasatch Front. Just provide your event address when requesting a quote.
- Can I rent tables for a garage sale or estate sale?
- Yes. Renting 6-foot folding tables is an affordable way to display garage sale, yard sale, or estate sale items at the right height, and short rental periods mean you only pay for the days you need.
- What areas in Utah do you deliver to?
- We deliver across Utah's Wasatch Front: Salt Lake County (Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper), Utah County (Provo, Orem, Lehi), Davis County (Bountiful, Layton, Kaysville), and Weber County (Ogden, Roy). Outside these areas? Submit a quote and we will confirm.
- How much does it cost to rent tables?
- Table rental pricing is based on quantity and rental duration. Use our quote form to select your quantity and dates, and you will see a live price estimate. A flat delivery fee applies if you choose delivery; warehouse pickup is free. We also accept promo codes for discounts.
- What types of events do you provide tables for?
- Virtually any event: weddings and receptions, bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, corporate events and conferences, garage and estate sales, community dinners, fundraisers, church events, block parties, and holiday gatherings.
- Do you offer same-day or last-minute table rentals?
- Sometimes, depending on inventory and delivery availability. Submit a quote with your dates and we will respond as quickly as possible; for guaranteed availability, book at least a few days ahead.
- How does the table rental process work?
- Fill out the quote form with your dates, quantity, and delivery preference. A booking agent reaches out by email, phone, or text to confirm details and pricing. Approve the quote, pay securely online, and we handle delivery and pickup.
